Carol left hotels in 2010 to start a family and then worked part time whilst looking after her daughter. She began working full time for Kirklees school catering as a mobile cook in 2016, working in various kitchens throughout Kirklees. She came to work at Moor End as a mobile cook and enjoyed it so much she became the cook on a permenant basis, working in this role for 18 months. She was promoted to Catering Manager in November 2018 and absolutely loves her role.

Carol enjoys the fast paced environment of working in kitchens, she is passionately about her role, and is dedicated to offering the best possible service to the students and staff at Moor End.

Outside of work Carol enjoys dining out or entertainment friends and family, spending time in her caravan with her family and walking the dog.
