Stakeholder Feedback Overview

In education, the term stakeholder typically refers to anyone who is invested in the welfare and success of a school and its students, including teachers, staff members, students, parents, families and community members.

Rationale for gaining feedback

Stakeholders are, and should be, at the heart of everything we do. Feedback (whether positive or negative) and opportunities to turn that feedback into actionable strategies help to improve and enhance the quality of what is experienced at the academy on a day to day basis. It also ensures that we can build and maintain direct communication across students, staff and parents, as our key stakeholders.
