Faye Cambridge – Curriculum Leader of Science

Faye graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Microbiology. She immediately embarked upon a teaching career to share her passion for Science and her love of education. She began her teaching career in 2000 at a school in Leeds. Since then she has worked across a number of schools in Leeds and Kirklees holding a variety of different positions, including Head of Science and Lead Practitioner. In 2012 Faye was designated as a Specialist Leader for Education. Shortly afterwards she joined Moor End Academy where she currently holds the position of Curriculum Leader - Science. Faye is enthusiastic in her approach to learning and teaching and loves to share strategies across the academy.

Faye has a keen interest in nature, a passion she brings into her lessons. Outside school, Faye can usually be found out in the countryside with her dog.
