World Class Update

Our journey to World Class status continues as we welcomed Miranda Perry, director of World Class Schools, to the academy in September. During her visit she went into lessons, looked at books and spoke to staff and students. We are delighted to report that she agrees that we are a world class school, and we will now be seeking formal accreditation in 2019. She was particularly impressed with the academy’s commitment to ensuring high quality, how everything is organised to bring out the best in people and (most importantly!), “the notion of the school as an inclusive community is not tokenistic, as students genuinely feel that to be a Moor Ender is a privilege they should not squander”.
