Maths Wizards

The Mathematics Department is delighted to announce that 23 students who entered in this year’s UKMT Maths Challenge achieved certificates. The Maths Challenge is run by the UK Mathematics Trust, and is aimed at top achieving students. The following students were among those who achieved a bronze award: Harun Sariyah, Tolani Adeboyejo, Waseem Afzal, Moiz Ahmed, Anjam Mohammed, Ellie - May Balmforth, Cara Chan, Muhammed Faiz, Yousaf Habeeb, Rayan Hassan, Eesa Iqbal, Tilly Lanquetin, and Kian Wood. Jannat Ali and Sadeem Noor were among those who achieved a silver award. Sadeem Noor achieved not only the best in the year, but also the best in school. A great attitude to learning and resilience was demonstrated by all participants. Well done!
