On 2 December 2018 ten Year 10 pupils from MEA attended Greenhead College Real World Economics Event, run entirely by the Year 13 A level Economics students at Greenhead College. Our pupils were given entertaining presentations on “Trade Wars” and “The 2008 Recession”, before being asked to debate a “Cashless Society”. The event finished with a fun quiz on current topics in the world of business and economics! Our pupils left with certificates and a fabulous goody bag containing a book “Economics – an A to Z Guide”!
