Behaviour Hub School

We are a lead school in the Department for Education's Behaviour Hubs programme which is overseen by the government's Behaviour adviser, Tom Bennett, OBE.

In our academy the promotion and encouragement of exceptional behaviour and the culture of mutual respect are the norm linked to our three core values of Respect, Ambition and Responsibility. This has helped us to embed exemplary attitudes towards behaviour and learning resulting in a positive and vibrant ethos.

We believe in system led improvement and work alongside leaders in other partner schools on their journey to establishing a positive behaviour culture and ultimately support improved engagement, educational outcomes and improved life chances for the young people in their schools.
